Technical Project Lead – Customer Deployments (Hardware + Software)
We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Project Lead to own end-to-end customer deployments — from post-sale handoff to successful production go-live.
This role combines project management, field delivery, and technical ownership, acting as the main point of contact for customers while driving execution across hardware and software implementations.
What you’ll do?
- Lead 4–6 concurrent customer deployments (kickoff → go-live → steady state)
- Own timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting
- Serve as the primary customer interface throughout delivery
- Coordinate across Sales, Ops, Product & R&D
- Oversee field execution (Linux edge devices, networking, installations)
- Step in hands-on for critical deployments, demos, and troubleshooting
- Drive continuous improvement, processes, and deployment standards
What we’re looking for?
- 3+ years managing technical delivery projects (HW + SW)
- Experience with field deployments / industrial environments / IoT / vision systems
- Strong understanding of Linux, networking, and on-site installations
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
- Customer-facing experience (external implementations)
- High ownership, structured thinking, and execution focus
- Fluent English
Nice to have: WMS, logistics domain, startup experience
