Position: Technical Business Analyst & Implementation Coordinator
Location: Baghdad – On-site / Full-time
We are looking for a Baghdad-based candidate who can bridge the gap between customers and the development team, especially for projects with Iraqi government departments.
Main responsibilities:
- Meet with customers and gather requirements
- Document business and technical needs clearly
- Coordinate with developers and follow up project progress
- Support implementation, training, and handover
- Provide basic technical support when needed
- Assist in basic infrastructure/site assessment, including network, servers, and deployment readiness
Requirements:
- Must be based in Baghdad
- 3–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, business analysis, technical support, system implementation, or related roles
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Basic understanding of software systems, databases, networks, servers, and hosting
- Ability to work on-site and attend customer meetings
- Experience with government departments or large organizations is preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field is preferred.
