We’re Hiring: Technical Aftersales & Installation Coordinator
Wood and Gas is looking for a responsible and organized person to handle technical aftersales, installation coordination, and customer follow-up.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate fireplace, BBQ, and gas appliance installations
- Follow up with clients, showroom team, warehouse, drivers, and installers
- Schedule site visits and installation dates
- Handle aftersales claims, service requests, and warranty cases
- Check product/accessory availability before confirming installations
- Prepare simple reports and update Google Sheets / CRM
- Follow up until each installation or claim is fully closed
- Support the technical team with site photos, measurements, and service notes
Requirements:
- Experience in technical coordination, installation, maintenance, aftersales, or site supervision
- Background in fireplaces, HVAC, gas appliances, plumbing, electrical, kitchens, construction materials, or similar technical products is a plus
- Good communication skills with clients and technicians
- Organized, calm under pressure, and strong in follow-up
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Excel / Google Sheets
- Arabic is required; English is a plus
