We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Account Manager to join our team in Alexandria. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding technical requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and translate them into clear technical requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, operations)
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery
- Provide clients with updates, reports, and support
- Identify opportunities for upselling or improving services
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in account management or project coordination (preferably in tech)
- Strong understanding of software tools and digital platforms (no coding required)
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Based in Alexandria
