Coach and train store staff on different sales floor assignments and product knowledge with continuous monitoring.
Ensure the product display & pricing are accurate to avoid any wrong displays negatively affecting the customer experience and the guidelines of the brand.
Handle the invoicing process over the system to adhere to FRG selling standards and to contribute to more efficient sales tracking and recording.
Handle internal communication with the team through team talk twice a week to ensure compliance to the brand merchandising and customer service guidelines for effective communications and productivity.
Maintain FRG standards by applying & training the staff on the pre-set policies and procedures including the FRG 7 PPS, and also applying the: dress code policies, floor attitude, sales policies and code of conduct to maintain the company image.
Build rapport with potential customers to maintain successful long term customer relationships and capitalize on revenues generation and customer retention.
Monitor and report on competition within the operating location to help identify new sales opportunities and to work proactively in advance of competition.
Receiving & Handling the Shipments in/out with counting verification, classification of the products.
