- Responsible for the leading the service workshop team and providing expertise & support when required.
- Ensure the workload is distributed among the staff according to their skill level and assess their productivity.
- Responsible for the availability of all special tools, in good working order, and repair manuals.
- Engage in improving the skill level of the technicians by arranging suitable trainings and providing latest updates in process methodology and technology.
- Achieve all the productive targets as set by the department.
- Ensuring all maintenance and repairs are completed in due time.
- Ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
- Guide the technicians and provide technical support when required.
- Coordinate with both internal for all necessary matters.
- Ensure all productivity, quality and safety standards and procedures set by the organization are implemented.
- Responsible to follow and implement relevant requirements of Environment, Health, Safety & Quality manual
