Business Umbrella is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist Emirati to lead Emirati hiring pipelines aligned with NAFIS and MOHRE 2026 targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and pipeline Emirati candidates across functions

• Manage NAFIS portal postings and applications

• Conduct screening calls in Arabic and English

• Coordinate interviews and offer rollouts

• Maintain Emiratisation hiring dashboards

Requirements

• Emirati preferred

• 3+ years recruitment experience in GCC

• Familiarity with NAFIS and MOHRE platforms

• Bachelor’s degree

• Bilingual: Arabic and English
