Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition function, ensuring the organization attracts, assesses, and hires high-caliber talent in alignment with business objectives. The role oversees recruitment activities, employer branding initiatives, workforce planning support, and talent pipeline development while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and timely fulfillment of hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and supervise the full recruitment cycle from manpower request to onboarding.
2. Manage and prioritize recruitment plans based on business needs and approved manpower budgets.
3. Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various functions.
4. Manage recruitment channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and …. etc.
5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future positions.
6. Conduct screening interviews and competency-based assessments.
7. Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining recruitment quality standards.
8. Monitor recruitment KPIs including Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Quality of Hire.
9. Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for HR Manager & management.
10. Develop and maintain employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
11. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
12. Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and candidate databases.
13. Establish relationships with universities, professional associations, and recruitment partners.
14. Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing effectiveness.
