System Administrator (Riyadh) Full Time NEW

We are currently seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing architectures and enterprise IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex Software Automation Architecture and whiteboarding sessions 
• Design technical and integration architectures including development, runtime, and operations 
• Develop coding standards and documentation 
• Manage complex development, maintenance, and enhancement of business applications 
• Determine system requirements, costs, and resource planning in coordination with project managers 
• Participate in application architecture planning, system partitioning, and framework design 
• Analyze and implement DevSecOps practices across the organization 
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines and release environments
• Build and improve continuous integration and deployment environments 
• Develop: 
• High-level system designs and storyboards 
• UI prototypes 
• Detailed technical specifications 
• System testing plans and SQA standards 
• Provide project estimates including timelines, resources 
• Design and implement enterprise integration patterns: 
• Middleware 
• Bulk Data 
• Real-time data 
• File-based integration 
• Event processing 
• Establish cloud environments (SaaS / PaaS) for CI/CD and deployment 
• Design and develop scalable microservices architectures
• Work with tools such as TANZO and OpenShift
• Support installation, optimization, troubleshooting, backup, recovery, and upgrades of IT systems 
• Design support systems for enterprise applications 
• Collaborate with application teams for timely delivery 
• Ensure systems are: 
• Highly available 
• Scalable 
• Cost-effective 
• Enforce CI/CD standards across teams 
• Automate software deployment and infrastructure management 
• Build and configure servers and environments 
• Maintain system documentation 
• Work with security teams to enforce best practices 
• Review code to ensure compliance with enterprise standards 
• Support automation of COTS applications 
• Develop and document technical standards 
• Handle: 
• Azure DevOps tasks 
• Identity systems (AD DS, ADFS, PKI) 
• Hyper-V / SCVMM 
• SCCM 
• VMware vCenter 
• Optimize deployment of web applications (iPACS) 
• Implement large-scale storage strategies 
• Improve collaboration between development and IT teams 
• Reduce delivery lead time and improve quality 
• Train and mentor DevOps team members 

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in DevOps / System Administration 
• Strong experience in cloud platforms
• Experience with: 
• Automation & configuration tools 
• CI/CD implementation 
• Managing large-scale SaaS environments 
• Hands-on experience in: 
• Docker 
• Kubernetes 
• Maven or build tools 
• Strong experience with: 
• VMware
