Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sushi Chef, based in ALBANIA. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing various types of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese cuisine to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Core duties include handling seafood, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, collaborating with the culinary team, and ensuring that food safety regulations are upheld. Creativity and attention to detail in presenting dishes are key aspects of this role.
