Supply Chain Manager – Kuwait
Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co. is looking for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and supply chain operations across construction, industrial manufacturing, and factory divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management
- Develop strategic sourcing plans and manage supplier relationships
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term agreements with vendors
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, customs clearance, and transportation
- Ensure efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy
- Coordinate material planning and timely delivery for projects and factories
- Monitor procurement budgets, logistics costs, and operational KPIs
- Drive ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives
- Lead and develop procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or professional certifications (CSCP / CPIM / CIPS / PMP) preferred
- 12–15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within construction, manufacturing, or industrial companies
- Strong experience in:
- Procurement & strategic sourcing
- International sourcing & import logistics
- Warehouse & inventory management
- ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience handling multi-site operations and large procurement budgets
