Role Overview
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end Supply Chain and Manufacturing processes on SAP S/4HANA for a large-scale transformation program in Kuwait.
The role involves driving Manufacturing (PP) + Procurement (MM) + Planning + Inventory optimization across the full lifecycle (Explore → Realize → Deploy → Hypercare), enabling a standardized, real-time digital supply chain aligned with S/4HANA best practices and future-ready architecture.
Based in Kuwait, the consultant is expected to operate in a high-impact onsite role, engaging directly with business stakeholders while coordinating with regional/offshore delivery teams in a hybrid model.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End S/4HANA Supply Chain Implementation
· Own Supply Chain & Manufacturing workstream delivery across:
o Explore: Fit-gap analysis, solution blueprinting, process standardization
o Realize: Configuration, integration, testing cycles
o Deploy: Cutover planning, go-live, stabilization
· Drive alignment to standard S/4HANA processes and simplifications
2. Manufacturing & Planning Transformation
· Design and implement:
o Production Planning (PP) and Detailed Scheduling
o MRP and demand planning processes
o Capacity planning and production execution frameworks
· Define:
o BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions
o Make-to-stock / make-to-order manufacturing models
· Enable:
o Shop floor execution and real-time production tracking
· Optimize planning and logistics frameworks across plants and production units
3. Supply Chain & Procurement Integration
· Lead integration of Manufacturing with:
o Procurement (MM)
o Inventory and warehouse processes
· Implement:
o Material master, valuation, and inventory structures
o Replenishment and stock optimization strategies
· Support procurement planning, forecasting, and supply chain visibility improvements
