Supply Chain Internship Full Time NEW

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Planning Intern to join our Supply Chain team. This internship offers hands-on experience in supply planning operations, inventory management, demand coordination, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the supply planning team in preparing and monitoring supply plans to ensure product availability.
• Assist in analyzing inventory levels, stock coverage, and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to track orders and delivery schedules.
• Help maintain accurate planning data and update reports on supply performance and inventory status.
• Participate in demand and supply review meetings and support data preparation.
• Monitor stock movements and identify potential risks such as shortages or overstock situations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain and planning processes.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards using Excel and other planning tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree student or fresh graduate in Industrial Engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
