Subject Matter Expert – Media, Broadcasting & Information Services – Remote Full Time NEW

We are looking for experienced Media and Information Services professionals to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) for GCC media, broadcasting, publishing, and digital content environments. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic, high-quality scenarios that reflect editorial, production, reporting, audiovisual, and content management challenges across newsrooms, broadcast studios, digital media platforms, and creative production environments. Your expertise will help ensure AI systems understand and respond accurately within fast-paced and content-driven industries.

What You’ll Deliver

• Design realistic Media and Information Services scenarios in Arabic or English grounded in GCC operational contexts (e.g., newsroom coordination, video production workflows, editorial reviews, live broadcast operations, content planning, script development, media compliance, audiovisual troubleshooting)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for editorial decision-making, content analysis, production coordination, and communication tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, editorial quality, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism
• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions reflecting best practices across GCC journalism, broadcasting, digital media, and content production environments

Qualifications

• Native-level Arabic (MSA) with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, Content Production, Publishing, or Audiovisual Operations
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Audio/Video Production, Editing, Film & Video Editing, Journalism, News Reporting, Content Production, Directing, Broadcast Operations, or Media Management
• Strong understanding of editorial workflows, production processes, media standards, audience communication, and GCC media environments
