About The Role

We are currently seeking to hire a Subject Matter Expert – Mathematics to join our Academic Content Team. This role works closely with instructional designers, eLearning developers, and educational teams to develop, review, and enhance high-quality mathematics content for digital learning platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong subject expertise in Mathematics, a passion for education, and the ability to create accurate, engaging, and curriculum-aligned learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and validate Mathematics educational content and assessments.
• Create high-quality questions, exercises, and model answers aligned with curriculum standards.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and academic integrity of all Mathematics content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers and content developers to create engaging learning experiences.
• Review and improve existing educational materials based on feedback and learning objectives.
• Support the development of interactive digital learning activities and assessments.
• Conduct research to ensure content remains relevant, accurate, and aligned with educational best practices.
• Participate in content quality assurance and validation processes.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in teaching, curriculum development, educational content creation, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Mathematics concepts and curriculum standards.
• Experience in question writing, assessment development, or educational content creation is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
