Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Studio Assistant role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a mix of on-site and remote work. The Studio Assistant will support day-to-day studio operations, including organizing schedules, maintaining the workspace, preparing materials for client projects, and assisting with basic administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating with designers and clients, documenting projects, and helping manage studio resources, equipment, and inventory. The Studio Assistant may assist with on-site photo shoots, content preparation, and basic research to support branding and design work — tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and research can be handled remotely, while shoots, workspace upkeep, and inventory management require on-site presence. This position requires close collaboration with the creative team and a proactive approach to supporting smooth, efficient studio workflows.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal team members.
• Photography and Art skills to assist with visual content creation, studio shoots, and presentation of design work.
• Research skills to support branding projects, gather visual references, and help the team stay informed on industry trends.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Basic familiarity with creative or design environments; interest in branding, visual design, or related fields is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools; basic knowledge of design or photo-editing software is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — attending the studio on-site as needed — and collaborate effectively within a diverse, creative team, both in person and remotely.
