To strengthen our presence in the Kingdom, we are recruiting a Student Success Officer : a trusted, locally based partner for the students and families we serve.
You will be Al Qantara’s voice and presence on the ground in Saudi Arabia.
Students and parents will turn to you for guidance, reassurance, and clear answers : and you will ensure that every step of their journey, from first contact through their years in France, feels supported and well-coordinated.
Day to day, you will
- Be the primary point of contact for our students and their families across the Kingdom
- Maintain regular, personalized follow-up at every stage — before departure, during studies, and beyond
- Offer encouragement, mentorship, and a steady ear when challenges arise
- Work hand in hand with our Paris-based academic team to ensure seamless coordination
- Bring back field insights that help us improve and grow
The Profile
- Based in Saudi Arabia, with a sharp understanding of local culture and family expectations
- Fluent in Arabic and English; working knowledge of French is a meaningful plus
- A natural communicator — warm, attentive, and easy to trust
- Sincerely interested in education and the future of young Saudis on the international stage
