We are recruiting stretch trainers for our branches in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

We are looking to hire Stretch Trainer to join our team and help us grow our brand and reach new customers, while delivering outstanding customer service. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Training will commence in mid-August 2026, and candidates must be available to attend the full training program. The final training dates will be announced later.
LEVEL 3 or higher personal training certificate is required. UAE REPs registered trainers are strongly preferred.

Job Purpose:
A stretch trainer specializes in providing assisted passive stretching services to clients. This role requires a good level of understanding of the human anatomy, biomechanics, and an ability to use that knowledge to help clients improve their quality of life through an increased range of motion and flexibility, resolving bad posture, discomfort and chronic pain.
Stretch trainers use a combination of manual one-on-one assisted passive stretching techniques developed as part of our proprietary Core Balance Stretch methodology to help clients reach their full potential.
We are looking to hire from a diverse pool of backgrounds and nationalities. We will provide you with the necessary training that you need to succeed at Dr.stretch. No prior stretch experience is required but a keen interest in customer service, health & wellness, human anatomy and fitness is a plus. Strong communications skills and energetic personality are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional one-on-one assisted passive stretching services to clients while maintaining a clean and professional appearance
2. Assess clients’ physical abilities and limitations to determine appropriate stretching techniques
3. Educate clients on the benefits of stretching and how to incorporate stretching into their daily routine
4. Develop and implement personalized stretching plans for clients based on their goals, personal circumstances and physical limitations
5. Monitor clients’ assessments and progress while maintaining accurate records. Make adjustments to stretch plans as necessary
6. Keep active communication with prospective and existing clients building Dr.stretch membership while creating loyalty to the brand
7. Ensure the safety of clients while using proper stretch techniques enforcing Dr.stretch policies and safety rules
8. Assist with answering phone calls and messages, checking voicemails, and returning calls
9. Maximise client utilisation of sessions/membership by booking follow-up appointments, renewing memberships, outreach to leads
10. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment in the stretching studio
11. Attend continuing education courses and workshops to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and approaches
12. Maintain strong social media presence to encourage client membership and retention
Requirements:
1. College diploma, degree or higher attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UAE
2. Level 3 or higher PT certificate from a recognized institute by UAE REPs.
3. Education in exercise science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is highly appreciated
4. Background in athletics / sports is a major plus
5. Excellent proficiency in English, with strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
6. Energetic and engaging personality
7. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
8. Understanding of the importance of timeliness and being organized
9. Knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and stretching techniques is a big plus but not necessary as training will be provided
10. Ability to work retail hours (shifts include weekends and public holidays); 6 days off per month
11. Must be passionate about working in the wellness industry, driven by continuous learning and development
12. Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people
13. Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve their goals
14. Must maintain a high level of professionalism, work ethics and confidentiality, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
15. Must be able to attend training starting August 2026.

Working Conditions:
1. Flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend hours
2. Six days off per month
3. May work in a variety of additional settings, including corporate offices, fitness studios, gyms, rehabilitation clinics, and events
4. Physical demands include standing for extended periods of time and performing strenuous stretching techniques
