RIG (Recruitment International Group) is working with a client based in Dubai who is a well known storage company looking to expand there business. Looking for a Storage Advisor / Customer service to join them.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels including phone calls, chats, emails and in-person visits.
• Needs Assessment: Assess customers’ storage requirements and recommend appropriate storage unit sizes and solutions that best fit their needs.
Sales & Documentation: Prepare and provide quotations, invoices, and contracts for new and existing customers.
CRM Management (Storedge): Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system including lead input, lead follow-up, move-ins, move-outs, transfers, and payment entries.
Lead Management: Input and track all incoming leads into the system, ensuring timely follow-ups and lead closure.
Payment Processing: Manage the payment gateway system (CC Avenue), ensuring autopayments are promptly updated, and handling cancellations or new autopayment subscriptions as required.
Customer Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, addressing concerns, complaints, renewals, termination notices, and payment issues. Follow up on past-due payments to ensure timely collection.
Revenue Growth: Ensure monthly KPIs are met by successfully closing storage rental deals, upselling units, and offering additional products like merchandise and insurance coverage to customers.
Administration & Record Keeping: File customer contracts and securely manage the safekeeping of customer keys, ensuring records are organized and up to date.
Salary expectations: 4,500 – 5,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights
