Position: Stadiums Security Senior Manager
Location: Jeddah / Riyadh

Role Overview
The Stadiums Security Senior Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of all stadium-related security operations for a major international football event. Reporting to the Head of Security, this role is responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment across all official match venues in compliance with tournament regulations, national security frameworks, and international best practices for major sporting events.
Key Responsibilities
Security Planning & Strategy
• Develop and implement comprehensive stadium security strategies aligned with tournament requirements and national regulations.
• Lead the creation of venue-specific security plans, including access control, crowd management, emergency response, and evacuation procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments and threat analysis for all competition and non-competition venues.
Operational Delivery
• Oversee security operations at all stadiums during matches and official events.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and private security providers.
• Ensure effective command and control structures are in place for match days.
• Monitor operational readiness through tabletop exercises, simulations, and test events.
Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary security liaison between stadium authorities, government entities, and security agencies.
• Participate in coordination meetings with venue management, competition, accreditation, and operations teams.
• Ensure seamless integration between security and other functional areas (e.g., ticketing, transport, broadcast, and hospitality).
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure full compliance with tournament stadium regulations and safety & security guidelines.
• Develop policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) aligned with international standards for major sporting events.
• Prepare required security documentation and reports for tournament governance bodies and relevant authorities.
Workforce & Contractor Management
• Oversee procurement and management of contracted security service providers.
• Define staffing models and deployment plans for all venues.
• Ensure adequate training, briefing, and accreditation of security personnel.
• Monitor contractor performance and service delivery standards.
Crisis & Incident Management
• Lead response to security incidents and ensure proper reporting and escalation procedures.
• Coordinate with national emergency authorities for crisis response and contingency planning.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10-15 years of experience in security operations, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering security operations for major international sporting events (e.g., World Cups, continental tournaments, Olympic Games, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of crowd safety principles and stadium security frameworks.
• Experience working with government agencies and within multi-stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated crisis management capability and decision-making under pressure.
