Job Description
You will be the backbone of our technical office operations — overseeing drawings, BOQs, subcontractor coordination, and client submittals across active fit-out and contracting projects. You will work closely with the design head and site engineers to ensure technical alignment from pre-construction through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and technical submittals
- Develop and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and pricing sheets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on technical specifications
- Review client and consultant RFIs and respond with accurate technical documentation
- Support the project manager and site team with technical problem-solving on site
- Maintain a structured document control system for all project files
- Attend client and coordination meetings as needed
- Manage workflow for the department
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in a technical office role within an interior fit-out or contracting company
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit & Coohom is a plus
- Solid understanding of finishing materials, MEP coordination, and construction sequencing
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience working on commercial, office, or retail fit-out projects is preferred
