Job Summary
The Senior Talent & Organizational Development Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of talent management and organizational development frameworks. The role focuses on building scalable systems, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and contributing to the alignment of people practices with business strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities
First: Organizational Development
• Support the design and development of organizational structure aligned with business strategy
• Contribute to building job architecture frameworks (job families, levels, and grading)
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and role clarity
• Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
• Support the implementation of the authority matrix
• Contribute to improving organizational effectiveness
Second: Talent Management
• Support the design and implementation of performance management systems
• Assist in developing succession planning frameworks for critical roles
• Contribute to building career paths and development frameworks
• Support individual development planning processes
• Participate in talent review and calibration processes
Third: Learning & Development
• Identify training needs based on performance and capability gaps
• Designing training programs, leadership and competency development programs
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness
Fourth: Change Management
• Support organizational change initiatives
• Assist in communication and adoption plans
• Work with stakeholders to facilitate change
Fifth: Data & Reporting
• Prepare and analyze talent and organizational metrics
• Develop reports and dashboards
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
Sixth: Documentation & Scalability
• Document frameworks, processes, and tools
• Develop templates and standard practices
• Support building scalable systems
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 4–6 years of experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development
• Exposure to performance management or organizational design frameworks
• Experience in growing or transforming organizations is a plus
