We are looking for an experienced Senior Projects & Sales Engineer with a strong HVAC background to drive business development, project sales, estimation, and execution coordination across industrial and commercial sectors.

β’ Business Development & Client Acquisition
β’ HVAC Project Sales & Contract Negotiation
β’ Lead Generation & Opportunity Development
β’ Industrial & Commercial HVAC Solutions
β’ Site Surveys, Estimation & Costing
β’ Technical & Commercial Proposal Preparation
β’ Tendering & RFQ Management
β’ Chiller, VRF, AHU, FCU & Ventilation Projects
β’ HVAC Retrofit, Replacement & Maintenance Contracts
β’ Procurement & Supplier Coordination
β’ Project Execution, Testing & Handover Coordination
β’ Client Relationship Management & Account Growth
β’ Revenue Growth & Sales Target Achievement
🔹 Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Masters Preferred)
β’ 8β10+ Years of GCC Experience
β’ Strong HVAC Technical Knowledge
β’ Proven Business Development & Project Sales Experience
β’ Experience within Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Infrastructure, Utilities, Commercial & Oil & Gas Support Facilities
β’ Experience handling projects from Lead Generation to Project Handover
β’ Strong Estimation, Tendering & Commercial Skills
β’ Existing Western Region client network is an advantage
β’ Demonstrated achievement of SAR 10Mβ15M+ annual sales/project awards preferred
