Role Objective:
To secure new construction and real estate projects by building strong relationships with government entities, developers, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify and secure new projects (government & private sector)
– Build relationships with municipalities (“Amanat”) and developers
– Prepare proposals and participate in tenders
– Monitor market opportunities and provide insights
– Maintain project pipeline and report progress
Requirements:
– 5–10 years of experience in business development / project acquisition
– Strong network in (government & private sector)
– Experience in construction / real estate in KSA
– Strong negotiation and communication skills
– Knowledge of local regulations and market
