Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sponsorship Manager based in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with sponsors, and developing tailored sponsorship packages. The role also involves activating sponsorship agreements, coordinating with event management teams, tracking sponsorship performance, and maximizing value for sponsors. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to align sponsorship strategies with the club’s objectives is a key aspect of this position.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship Activation
- Strong Communication and Sales abilities to effectively manage relationships and interactions
- Experience with Event Management to support the execution of sponsorship agreements
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and secure long-term sponsorship deals
- Proficiency in negotiation and contract management
- Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with sports marketing and the sports industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field
