The Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and managing communication, speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in post-acute rehabilitation patients. The role involves working with medically complex cases, delivering evidence-based, goal-oriented therapy to maximize functional communication and safe swallowing. The SLP will collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient recovery, participation in daily activities, and safe discharge planning.
