Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Specialty Chemicals Marketing role located in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies for specialty chemical products, conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, and engage with customers to understand and fulfill their needs. The role also includes creating and implementing sales plans, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining close communication with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics while crafting effective marketing plans.
• Proven Sales and Business Development skills, with experience in achieving targets and building client relationships.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and results-oriented focus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the specialty chemicals or water treatment industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
