Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuwait for a Specialist Doctor. The Specialist Doctor will be responsible for providing expert medical care, diagnosing and treating patients, creating customized treatment plans, and offering consultations to patients and families. The role also involves collaborating with medical teams, staying updated on advances in medical knowledge, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care for specialized medical conditions
• Proficiency in clinical evaluations and use of diagnostic tools and medical technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Commitment to staying updated with medical advancements, treatment techniques, and healthcare compliance regulations
• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and board certification in the area of specialization
• Valid medical license to practice in Kuwait (or willingness to fulfill necessary requirements for licensing)
• Prior experience working in a hospital or clinical setting; experience in the Gulf region is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, fast-paced environment with a focus on patient safety and well-being
