We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Spanish Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Spanish and English, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about helping customers while driving sales growth. This role involves building relationships with Spanish-speaking clients, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in Spanish and English by phone, email, text, or in person
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Generate new leads and maintain existing customer relationships
- Follow up with prospective and current clients
- Explain pricing, promotions, financing, and product features
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and listening abilities
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required
