Role: Solutions Architect
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $130,000 – $210,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Solutions Architect to partner with sales on technical wins. The role combines deep product knowledge with consultative selling — translating customer requirements into architectures that close deals and set up successful deployments.
Key Responsibilities
– Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery and qualification
– Design solution architectures tailored to customer environments and use cases
– Lead technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and customer workshops
– Respond to RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture reviews
– Partner with Customer Success on smooth handoff to deployment
– Provide product feedback to product and engineering teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 5+ years in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or technical pre-sales
– Strong understanding of cloud platforms, integration patterns, and APIs
– Experience leading technical conversations with engineering and IT buyers
– Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
– Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
– Comfort owning RFPs, security reviews, and architecture diagrams
