This will be the “Outsourced role”.

Role Purpose –

Responsible for Retail strategy in order to ensure that the long-term strategic and financial objectives are achieved. Responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of the retail network, ensuring that the short-term sales objectives are reached

Responsibilities we entrust you with –

• Engage with merchants to introduce and promote the Payment solutions
• Understand the merchant’s business model, payment requirements, and integration needs
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to merchant requirements
• Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to design and propose customized payment solutions
• Serve as a strategic advisor to key accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant stakeholders to drive long-term business growth
• Continuously monitor merchant performance and provide insights to enhance product adoption and satisfaction
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts

What matters in this role –

• 2 to 4 years in Individual Contributor capacity in frontline sales role or account management role
• Prior experience in POS/Payment gateway solution sales
• Prior experience in the UAE region
