Role Overview
Our client, a leading technology solutions company, is looking for Software Operators to support the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of software applications and systems. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor software applications and operational processes.
- Perform routine system checks and operational activities.
- Troubleshoot and escalate software-related issues when required.
- Maintain operational records and documentation.
- Support software deployment and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve incidents and improve system performance.
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and service standards.
- Provide user support and assistance when necessary.
Requirements
Education / Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software operations.
- Experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- Familiarity with software monitoring and operational procedures.
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
