Job Description
The Social Media & Content Specialist is responsible for creating, producing, and managing short-form, engaging content across the brand’s social media platforms, with a particular focus on Reels, TikToks, and Snapchat content tailored to the Saudi audience.
This role combines hands-on content creation (filming, editing, and publishing) with community management and daily platform growth. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of Saudi culture, social media trends, and luxury lifestyle aesthetics, with the ability to translate the brand’s heritage into compelling, visually appealing content that resonates with the local audience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media content creation, preferably within luxury, beauty, fragrance, or fashion brands in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven portfolio showcasing high-performing Reels, TikToks, and short-form video content.
- Strong mobile photography and video editing skills using applications such as CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Deep understanding of Saudi culture, dialects, and user behavior across social media platforms.
- Knowledge of performance analytics tools for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
- Creative mindset, strong visual taste, and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site, travel for content shoots, and manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
- Fluency in Arabic (Saudi dialect preferred) and good command of English.
