We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing trends, content strategy, audience engagement, and paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage daily content posting across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Create engaging content including captions, reels, stories, graphics, and promotional campaigns.
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain community interaction.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
• Coordinate influencer marketing and partnership campaigns when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Content creation and branding expertise.
• Experience with performance marketing and lead generation.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
