Social Media Specialist- FMCG Experience Full Time

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Social Media Specialist with FMCG experience. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies and content aligned with the SEKEM brand. Daily tasks include creating and publishing engaging posts, managing social media accounts, monitoring trends, analyzing campaign performance, and collaborating with marketing teams to drive digital engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to expand SEKEM’s online presence and strengthen relationships with the audience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Marketing, and Communication.
• Ability to develop creative strategies and compelling content to engage diverse audiences effectively across multiple social media platforms.
• Experience in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities to measure KPIs and optimize performance for digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and platforms for social media management and data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
