We’re seeking a Social Media Specialist / Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of client communication, content strategy, and social media execution.
As the main point of contact for assigned clients, you’ll be responsible for translating their needs into powerful marketing solutions and ensuring smooth coordination with our in-house creative, media, and content teams. You’ll lead the planning and execution of social media strategies, ensuring content aligns with brand goals and drives measurable results.
This position requires a strong understanding of social platforms, marketing trends, and the ability to manage multiple projects with creativity, precision, and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage and grow clients’ social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, etc.)
-Create content calendars and coordinate with the creative team on visuals and captions
-Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand voice and goals
-Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights
-Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients; ensure communication is clear, timely, and proactive
-Stay updated with trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices
-Coordinate with internal teams (design, ads, video) to meet campaign deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
-1+ years experience in social media management or client account management (preferably at an agency)
-Excellent knowledge of major social platforms and their features
-Strong writing and communication skills in both Arabic and English
-Ability to handle multiple clients and meet deadlines
-A creative mindset and attention to detail
-Knowledge of paid ads is a plus
