This is not a “social media manager” role.

We’re looking for someone who can build attention, authority, and inbound leads organically across multiple brands from the ground up.

You will be the face, strategist, and growth driver behind 4 brands operating in the:

• Marketing industry
• Tech industry

What You’ll Be Responsible ForContent & Brand Growth

• Build and grow 4 personal/company brands organically
• Develop full content ecosystems and content funnels
• Create content strategies that drive:
• Reach
• Engagement
• Followers
• Leads
• Sales
• Stay ahead of trends and understand how to create viral-style content without sacrificing brand quality

On-Camera Content Creation

This role requires someone who is:

• Extremely comfortable on camera
• Charismatic and confident
• Able to communicate clearly and naturally
• Capable of filming themselves consistently

You will act as the public representative for the brands through:

• Reels
• Short-form videos
• Educational content
• Thought leadership content
• Trend adaptation
• Direct-response social content

Strategy & Marketing Understanding

You must deeply understand:

• Social media psychology
• Content funnels (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU)
• Lead generation through organic content
• How service-based businesses generate clients online
• Authority positioning
• Audience retention
• Hooks, storytelling, CTAs, and conversion-focused content

You should know how to create content that doesn’t just get views…

but actually turns attention into business.
