We are looking for a highly creative Social Media Manager who knows how to create Instagram Reels that actually get attention, drive engagement, and have the potential to go viral.
This is not a basic “post 3 times a week” role. We want someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, watch until the end, share, comment, and follow.
About The Role
We’re looking for someone who has strong experience creating short-form video content, especially Instagram Reels, TikToks, and social videos for brands, founders, or businesses.
You should understand hooks, storytelling, trends, pacing, captions, editing, visual structure, and what makes content perform. You should also be able to take raw ideas and turn them into strong social media content that feels native to Instagram — not overly corporate, not boring, and definitely not “marketing brochure energy.”

Proven experience creating Instagram Reels, TikToks, or short-form videos that performed well
Strong understanding of viral hooks, retention, watch time, and engagement
Ability to write scroll-stopping captions and video scripts
Strong sense of what feels current on Instagram and TikTok
Experience managing social media for a brand, founder, startup, or business
Comfortable turning raw ideas into polished, engaging content
Good eye for editing, pacing, subtitles, transitions, and storytelling
Ability to look at data and understand why a post did or did not perform
Creative, fast-moving, and not afraid to test new ideas
Ideal Person
You are someone who naturally studies content. You know why one Reel gets 500 views and another gets 500,000. You understand that going viral is not random — it comes from strong hooks, timing, storytelling, editing, relatability, and testing.
You are creative, but also practical. You can move fast, create a lot of ideas, test different angles, and improve based on performance.
