We are looking for a highly organised and creative Social Media Assistant to support the Marketing team across day-to-day social media operations, content planning and campaign execution.

The Role

The Social Media Assistant will play a key role in supporting the management of our social media platforms across multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, content and digital culture, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

You will support with social media scheduling, content coordination, planning calendars, community support and ensuring all posts are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing team with the day-to-day management of social media accounts across multiple brands
• Schedule and publish content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn
• Maintain and manage social media content calendars and planning trackers
• Ensure all posts are uploaded and published on time and in line with brand guidelines
• Coordinate with internal creative, marketing and content teams to gather assets and captions
• Assist with social media campaign planning and execution
• Monitor social media channels and support with community management where required
• Track content performance and support with weekly and monthly reporting
• Support with influencer and creator coordination where needed
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and competitor activity
• Support wider marketing projects and administrative tasks as required

What you’ll bring

• Previous experience in a social media, marketing or content coordination role preferred
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Creative mindset with an interest in fashion, digital culture and content creation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and social media scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of analytics and reporting is a plus
