We are a premier, high-end clothing store located in the heart of Kuwait City, and we are looking for an elegant, driven, and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, acting as a personal stylist and brand ambassador to our exclusive clientele. Key Responsibilities:
– Provide a highly personalized and luxurious shopping experience for every client.
– Advise customers on fashion trends, styling, and garment fit.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our VIP clientele.
– Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) software.
– Assist in maintaining the pristine visual merchandising and overall presentation of the boutique.
What We Are Looking For:
– Sales Experience: Proven track record in retail sales, ideally within the luxury fashion or high-end apparel sector.
– Exceptional Customer Service: A natural ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and exceed their expectations.
– Highly Presentable: A polished, professional, and sophisticated demeanor that aligns with our luxury brand image.
– Computer Literate: Comfortable using POS systems, inventory management software, and basic computer applications.
– Location: Currently residing in Kuwait City with transferable residency.
– Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills (bilingual in Arabic and English is highly preferred).
