Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Showroom Coordinator to be the welcoming face of AMC. This dynamic role blends sales, customer service, and marketing (online community engagement, replying to customer inquiries, etc) making it ideal for a skilled multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with a natural flair for communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Showroom & Sales Duties:

• Greet and assist showroom visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Present AMC products to customers, demonstrating key features and benefits
• Support in achieving showroom sales targets through direct customer engagement
• Coordinate and maintain attractive and organized showroom displays
• Assist with event planning and in-showroom cooking demonstrations

Customer Service:

• Provide top-tier customer service in person, via phone, and through email
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, or concerns
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads and support post-sale engagement

Marketing

• Online & Community Management:
• Manage and respond to customer messages and inquiries on social media and community platforms
• Engage with AMC’s online community to build positive brand presence

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
• Experience with CRM systems and social media platforms is a plus
• Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
