Showroom Manager – KSA Full Time NEW

Job Summary

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Saiid Kobeisy showroom in KSA, ensuring the highest standards of luxury client experience, brand representation, and commercial performance. The role involves managing showroom sales activities, maintaining brand image, leading the team, and coordinating closely with Production, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of bespoke and ready-to-wear orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Representation & Visual Merchandising

• Maintain SAIID KOBEISY’s brand image within the showroom in line with standards.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to approved guidelines.
• Ensure showroom ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation reflect the prestige and exclusivity of the brand at all times.

Client Experience & Relationship Management

• Deliver an exceptional luxury customer experience to all clients and VIPs visiting the showroom in accordance with the UNIVERSE OF SAIID KOBEISY guidelines.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating when required.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Monitor client satisfaction levels and ensure the team consistently meets service excellence standards.
• Support the development of a strong client database and personalized clientele initiatives.

Sales Performance & Commercial Growth

• Drive the achievement and exceedance of showroom sales targets and profitability objectives.
• Utilize effective luxury sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Analyze client purchasing behavior, local market trends, and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with the Sales Manager on sales forecasting and recommend initiatives accordingly.

Order Management & Cross-Department Coordination

• Coordinate with Production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders.
• Ensure all client requirements are clearly communicated to relevant departments.
• Follow up on order readiness, dispatch, and deliveries.

Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage showroom staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor team attendance, scheduling, and overall performance in coordination with HR.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with the Retail Manager.
• Ensure the team adheres to brand standards in client servicing, grooming, and showroom conduct.
• Support staff development plans aligned with company objectives.
