Key Responsibilities:

Execute end-to-end customs clearance procedures for incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently and in compliance with Saudi regulations.
Operate and manage daily transactions directly through the Fasah platform and other related government portals.
Coordinate seamlessly with the transportation department, port authorities, and clients to ensure the timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
Maintain accurate digital records of all shipments and consistently update internal tracking systems and ERP platforms to provide real-time visibility.
Identify and resolve any customs-related discrepancies, documentation errors, or operational issues promptly to avoid delays.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven, hands-on experience in shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance within Saudi Arabia.
Residency: Must possess a valid and transferable Iqama.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in navigating and utilizing the Fasah platform is strictly required. Familiarity with modern digital logistics workflows or web-based ERP systems is highly advantageous.
Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is mandatory; must possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).
