We are hiring dedicated Shift Leaders to manage daily production operations and ensure smooth and safe production shifts. This role plays a critical part in maintaining quality standards, ensuring safety compliance, and leading the production team to meet performance targets.
Requirements
- Monitor and enforce safety systems to maintain a healthy working environment.
- Supervise production lines (Boards and Tiles) to achieve production targets and plans.
- Lead production teams, including operators and engineers, and ensure policy compliance.
- Track raw material usage by quantity and quality to ensure efficiency.
- Document all production, mechanical, and electrical issues during the shift, with corrective actions taken.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to production staff.
- Ensure proper handover between shifts, clearly reporting all key events and issues.
- Maintain shift performance records and communicate with leadership on shift outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Prior experience in shift supervision in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting abilities.
- Familiarity with production machinery and troubleshooting processes.
- Ability to work in rotating shifts.
