Role Description The Service & Support Technician – Novel Power Systems is a full-time, on-site role based in Netanya. In this position, you will provide hands-on technical support for power‑electronics systems, including installation, configuration, lab testing, and routine maintenance. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, document findings, and escalate complex problems to engineering teams when needed. Daily work includes responding to service requests.
You will collaborate with R&D, production, and quality teams to report field issues, support product improvements, and help ensure reliable performance of deployed systems.
