Job responsibility:
1. Quickly respond to customer repair requests, go to the site or organize resources to guide customers in troubleshooting and repairing;
2. Regularly guide and supervise customers to carry out preventive maintenance according to supplier or contract requirements;
3. Collect and record detailed fault information, and regularly provide feedback on fault reports to manufacturers;
4. Establish good communication channels with customers, visit them regularly, and maintain customer relationships;
5. Provide basic equipment operation, safety operation standards, and daily maintenance skills training to customers.
Qualification (Education and Experience) :
1.we need you 10+ years of machinery service experience;
2. Understand and comply with Dubai’s relevant regulations and standards regarding the safety, operation, inspection, and maintenance of mining equipment and a mobile elevating work platform.
3. Have basic knowledge of electromechanical and hydraulic systems, with English as the working language;
4. Having basic Chinese proficiency (for reading technical materials and communicating with headquarters) is a bonus point
