We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Service Manager to join our Food & Beverage team and lead service excellence to the next level. If you have a strong hospitality background and a drive for delivering outstanding guest experiences — we’d love to hear from you!

🔸 What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily restaurant/outlet operations

• Lead and develop the service team (Waiters, Captains, Hosts)

• Ensure exceptional service aligned with 5-star hospitality standards

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally

• Drive sales performance and enhance guest satisfaction

• Maintain top-tier hygiene and quality standards

🔸 What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in the same role • Candidates with prior experience in Hurghada or Marsa Alam hotels will be given preference.

• Previous supervisory/managerial experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Good command of English
