🎯 The Role

We’re looking for a creative and analytical Service Designer to design, improve, and optimize end-to-end customer and employee experiences.

You’ll work closely with researchers, product teams, business stakeholders, and operational teams to identify opportunities, map service journeys, and develop solutions that enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Design and improve end-to-end service experiences across customer and operational touchpoints
• Conduct service design research, workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and process flows
• Identify pain points, opportunities, and service improvement initiatives
• Facilitate design thinking workshops and co-creation sessions
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, business analysts, and operational teams
• Develop service concepts, prototypes, and recommendations based on research insights
• Measure service performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Present findings, design proposals, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
• Advocate for user-centered and service-oriented design principles across the organization

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Service Design, Design, Human-Centered Design, UX, Business Innovation, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in service design, customer experience, UX, design strategy, or related roles
• Strong understanding of human-centered design and design thinking methodologies
• Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, and process visualizations
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, FigJam, or similar platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
