As a Service Delivery Executive, you will carry out the assigned responsibilities in the school. You will also provide additional support to the Operations Department at the Corporate Office as and when required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
– Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
– Minimum five (5) years of experience in customer service or service delivery operations.
– Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
– Proficient in written and spoken English.
– Arabic language proficiency is a must.
– Strong understanding of local regulations, legislation, and operational compliance requirements.
– Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics.
– Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
– Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
– Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, with all levels of management, employees, customers, and external stakeholders.
– Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
– Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, service excellence, and high customer satisfaction standards.
