Senior User Acquisition Manager (Web & Desktop) Full Time

We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager (Mobile Web & Desktop) to launch and scale a new Web/Desktop user acquisition operation.

Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, you’ll develop strategy, manage large budgets, and build partnerships with publishers, SSPs, DSPs, and ad networks.

Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow and lead a small team as this division expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute UA strategy for mobile web and desktop platforms.
• Manage direct publisher deals, programmatic campaigns, and RTB buys (DV360, Xandr, TTD).
• Negotiate and onboard publishers, SSPs, and supply partners.
• Optimize campaigns across CPM, CPC, CPA, and rev-share models to drive ROI.
• Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics, Tableau, MMPs; adjust bids based on real-time insights.
• Prevent ad fraud using MOAT, IAS, and DoubleVerify.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expand client campaigns beyond mobile apps into web/desktop.

Requirements

• MUST: 3+ years of experience in media buying for mobile web & desktop.
• MUST: Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, Xandr, TTD).
• MUST: Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Outbrain, Taboola).
• Deep knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, ad networks, and monetization models.
• Proven record of sourcing and negotiating direct publisher deals.
• Ability to identify and prevent ad fraud (MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify).
• Strong English; agency or multi-account experience preferred.
